Details: A 2-unit french country cottage for your sim families. It is built on a 3×2 lot for maximum playability . Each apartment unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and access to separate frontyards and greeenhouses in the back for growing and harvesting vegetables. For those that like apartments but prefer the traditional country style homes.

Agathe is one of my oldest sims but still a favorite. She was initially the model for the multiwearable freckles and actually inspired by the Minimoys. I never uploaded her before but i thought Helios might need some company and in my game they always looked good together.

Agathe ( which her names mean naive, innocent) is a quite sensitive elf and gets hurt easily, amiable but very shy and goofy at times so she doesn’t have many friends. I am sure though that she would be happy along with Helios and a couple of kids.

A lighter skintone set of default replacements for your sims. These are defaults of the ephemera skintone edit. You can refer to the non-defaults post for additional pictures.

Pale used as s1, light as s2, tan as s3 and dark as s4. If you prefer darker tones you may want to download my dermalicious skintone defaults instead.

I quite liked the newest Teru-K’s BJD skintones (no ball-joints version) but i found some parts of the face not too much realistic for my taste.So i edited them using parts of the dermalicious skintone and also made 4 recolors : pale , light, tan and dark. Yet again the tan and dark recolors were made by the method described in the alternative skintone importing method tutorial to avoid pixelation.This set has lighter tones than the average skintone set (starts from pale and ends to medium) so it may not suit everyone’s needs . All credit goes to Ephemera for the original skintone set which can be found here.

Some meshes didn’t package with the sim so i included them in the rar. Make sure to extract to your downloads folder and of course double click to install the sim package.

Helios (his name means sun) is an adorable elf sim, always kind to all other sims, sweet and very sensitive. He looks like a faun because i was trying to make one but perhaps that makes him even more precious. Take good care of him please!
