Arched elegance custom garage door

Are you tired of the plain and huge maxis garage door? Then you will like this new arched garage door that is fully functional like the original.

Features:

Gives a 3 tile illusion, made smaller on purpose because i hated the huge maxis garage.
Mask and frame are separately recolorable , so you can make endless combinations.
Comes with 17 recolors (including invisible mask) and recoloring psd
Is elegant but cheap ($100) !
Gives more option to house builders!

Polygon Counts:3553/2556(faces) – Less than maxis original.

Extra Large Bushes

If you are tired of landscaping larger lots and need something fast and easy then you will like these bushes. I made them for sim-oasis forum contest called “Romantic Garden”. I never offer exclusive downloads (and besides there is nothing fancy about these bushes lol) so if you like contests just check this one out and participate! The contest will run from February 15th to February 28th

Info:They come in 4 sizes. L, XL, XXL, XXXL and with 5 recolors.

note:All 4 meshes are slaves to Maxis Easy Shade Bay Tree. Any recolors you might have of this tree will get applied in the bushes also.If you need to recolor , recolor maxis “Maxis Easy Shade Bay Tree” instead. Recolor template included.

Info:Maxis originals are way too small to make a difference in landscaping.I hope these will be of some use to you.Both come in 2 extra sizes, big and giant ( well it is not really giant , just bigger than big :-P ). They get snowcovered in winter if you have the Seasons EP.Phlox comes with one recolor (lilac) and hydrangea with 3 recolors.
