Are you tired of the plain and huge maxis garage door? Then you will like this new arched garage door that is fully functional like the original.

Features:

  • Gives a 3 tile illusion, made smaller on purpose because i hated the huge maxis garage.
  • Mask and frame are separately recolorable , so you can make endless combinations.
  • Comes with 17 recolors (including invisible mask) and recoloring psd
  • Is elegant but cheap ($100) !
  • Gives more option to house builders!

Polygon Counts:3553/2556(faces) – Less than maxis original.

“Pigalle” garage door:

-Works exactly like maxis garage door of course.
Garage deco:
Goes with all the garages. Just use moveObjects on and it will snap in the middle.
Costs $10 and can be found in buy mode/decorative/sculpture.
Comes with 5 recolors.

Here are 3 edited maxis columns that snap in the corner of tiles.They are slaves to Maxis Uprite column,so all maxis and custom recolors will get applied to these meshes as well.They come in 3 heights.

I’m really fond of southwestern/adobes/spanish stucco style so i decided to make these and perhaps try my luck at building one.I will probably update these bits in the future.

So this set consists of:
4 southwestern style beams in different heights.
3 resizes of maxis plants (cactus and prickly pears cactus bed.)
A new fence.(and a stucco wallpaper)

I added a collection file  but the wallpaper and fence couldn’t be added.The rest are however.Add the collection file to your sims2 collection  folder and the rest to your downloads of course.

EP’s needed: You must have at least one expansion ( any expansion ) for the fence to appear in your game.All the rest of the meshes are basegame compatible.
