Built on a hill this traditional and picturesque white manor has many beautiful areas to explore.On top of the hill sits the main house and lower by the sea lies a romantic restaurant .From there your sims can reach the beach and sit to relax and enjoy the scenery and of course swim under the hot sun.

Running your restaurant
You will need to separate the main house from the restaurant.To do that simply lock the 2 doors that are in the manor.The rest of the area will be free for customers to use.If you dont feel like running a restaurant nothing really changes , you just have the whole place for your sims.

In case someone wants to know this is how you make a home-restaurant: The University expansion is required.Start with a residential lot and create your home and restaurant.Use the changelotzoning community cheat while in the lot and WITHOUT sims in it and exit the lot.Load the lot again and in buy catalogue you will find all the community items.You simply need to purchase the big restaurant stove and podium and that’s all.After you buy them and place them use changelotzoning residential cheat and exit the lot.When you return the lot will be residential again and 3 employees will appear, you can just leave them or delete them with moveObjects on cheat to hire your own.Use the phone to start your business like usual.
