first of all, gosh she is heartbreakingly beautiful (: and secondly, i know this may seem like a really stupid q, but how do you actually download her? i’m not new to downloading but normally i just click on the file and it comes up with a saving option, although i can’t find the file x

Cat i just checked and for some reason the elf ears mesh didn't package with the sim. You can download the mesh here.
